Is Lash & Brow Tinting Safe?

Yes, when performed correctly, lash and brow tinting is a safe procedure.

How long does the tint usually last?

Eyelash and Eyebrow tints will normally last from four to six weeks, depending on the clients aftercare and environment.

Can anyone get Eyelash And Eyebrow Tinting done?

Most people can get lash & brow tinting services however it is important for the Therapist to perform a Patch Test before the procedure to avoid allergic reactions.

Can I tint my own lashes and brows at Home?

We do not recommended tinting your own brows and lashes as it can be dangerous and could damage either lashes or brows if done incorrectly..

Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Biosmetics Australia aim to deliver products of the highest quality. All products are normally shipped by Australia Post.  As we rely on Australia Post for our deliveries, there are occasionally unexpected delays that are beyond our control.

Please note that in most cases (unless you have selected), we do not require a signature for delivery of parcels. Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post Biosmetics Australia is no longer liable for the order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For all orders received by 2pm AEDT weekdays, parcels are normally shipped out on the same day. For orders received after this time, processing is normally completed on the next business day.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please note that we do not provide refunds for a ‘change of mind’. A credit coupon or voucher code will normally issued via email that can be redeemed for future use with online purchases. Once your order has been paid online we accept additions & amendments and suggest calling us with any request as orders are usually shipped out on the same day as they are received.

How Can I Return a Product?

We request you contact Biosmetics Australia within seven (7) days of receipt of goods to arrange a return of product. Please note that we do not provide refunds for a ‘change of mind’.

Due to issues of hygiene, Biosmetics Australia cannot accept returns of product after packaging has been opened. If you decide to return an unopened package, you can be credited with the purchase price, less any freight charges.
